Back in the day, Counter-Strike was up there next to breathing on my priority list. I literally had 24 hour gaming periods with some regularity, and was invited to compete as a sponsored player in China at the ripe and time-wasting age of 16.

But for all my “real” gaming addiction, I always found time for flash games here and there. I love the simplicity, the creativity, often the design, and just about everything else you can think of about ‘em.

Thanks to people and companies like my forced-mentor Daniel Mall (and the hot and sexy company he works for; Happy Cog), flash games have become more “mainstream” and much more organized with sites like Kongregate, the work of the aforeparenthesied(o.O) Cog of Felicty.

Now you can join an actual community to enjoy your games, instead of crawling the porn-laden corridors of obscure, horribly constructed humor sites with random games throughout. I love it. I tried something similar with Crapromedia back in 2004 with Carlitos and Cabeeb, but we let it slip through our fingers. Maybe some day we’ll bring it back, but until then, expect an assortment of games to be posted up here, and frequent posts about them.

I’m confused.

At any rate, those of you that enjoyed ‘Bloons’ are in for a treat, as I’ve decided to slap up the sexy sequel for your enjoyment.

That’s right, 50 more ridiculous level’s of balloon-popping goodness. Remember too that Bloon’s remembers you – any time you leave and come back, as long as you don’t clear your browser cache, you can pick up the game from the same level. That is hot, if I do say so myself (I do).

I may try to put together a wordpress arcade plugin if the time spent here playing these little beasts calls for it.
